These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kuaiya VPN application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Fastnodes LLC, a limited liability company registered in Colorado, United States ("Fastnodes," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Kuaiya VPN is a subscription-based network connectivity service that provides users with encrypted access to a network of servers operated or contracted by Fastnodes, for the purpose of enhancing the privacy and security of the user's internet connection. The Service is provided on a consumer, individual-subscription basis and is offered as-is, subject to the terms below.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Fastnodes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false registration information.
Kuaiya VPN offers fixed-term subscription plans (including but not limited to 3-day, 7-day, 30-day, 3-month, 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year terms) at the pricing published on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Each subscription grants access to the Service for the selected term only. Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase; where auto-renewal is offered, it will be clearly disclosed and may be cancelled at any time before the renewal date.
Prices are listed in United States Dollars (US$) and may be updated from time to time. Any price change will apply prospectively and will not affect an already-active subscription term.
We currently accept payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, processed through licensed third-party payment processors. Fastnodes does not directly store your payment card or PayPal account credentials; such information is handled exclusively by our payment processing partners in accordance with their own terms and applicable regulations.
Given the nature of digital subscription services, purchases are generally non-refundable once the subscription term has begun, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you experience a billing error or service defect, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request in good faith.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service to:

You may stop using the Service and let your subscription lapse at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or if required to do so by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused portion of a subscription term, except as described in Section 6.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fastnodes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription term giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, business practices, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via the contact email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
